Actually, it would have been a great ride if it were about 20 degrees cooler. I'd love to do it again - in November
But hey, I survived. Many thanks to V. and Thom who hung back with me & Patrick. And it was a very pretty ride. And it was really great to see so many old friends, and to meet a new one.
Lee says he's glad he didn't go, he said it was plenty hot enough at home, and we're out by the bay.
