    I knew I'd been screwing up and not staying "on points" -- but geez. Up 1.4 lbs this week. Back to journaling, back to walking on my coffee breaks, and most definitely back to riding more than once a month......

    Gah is right! I didn't go this week, as I am always up after a ride and my usual day is Sunday (the day after the 200k). I'm LT so I only "have" to go every month, but try to go more for accountability. But I am having some accountability issues this week for sure!!!

    ugh! I'm a LT too... but alas, I fell off the wagon and it has disappeared down the road. I'm back at it now tho... need to lose about 15 lbs again... sigh...

    BC68 - You and me both!! 10 - 15 for me. Sigh!

    I will say that when I look back at what I weighed when I hit LT it is stunning. That was 20 years (and one kid) ago, but it's 20 pounds less than what a healthy weight should be for me. Yikes!
