You're going to be more popular this summer than the neighborhood ice-cream vender! Follow Dianyla's suggestions and you'll never want for company.

I'll be running right behind Carole with the glasses and the salt!!!![]()

Yes, this *is* the one on the back of the bicycle ... which means that microwaving first is not an option. (Of course, I could leave somethign in the dashboard of a car while we ride, which could amount to the same thing.) The "in the yard" experiments will include daquiries... and we *have* explored car-free tailgate parties. (If it means I have to endure a football game, though...)

Summer's almost here - what about gazpacho?
Tomatoes, cukes, a bit of onion, a bit of old bread, (maybe a bit of garlic?), olive oil, salt & pepper - as much of if out of someone's garden as possible! And such a great color!
Oh, it's *almost* warm enough to be thinking that way... going to go to the plant sale and put some maters in this weekend. Just stick the stuff in the blender and whale away? (The weird thing will be not watching the stuff blend... no, I can just adjust my mirror!)
I found this online that looks really, really tempting... and I'm thinking of all those invitational rides where they have three boxes of battered bananas at the end...
1 banana
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1 medium cup of milk
1 medium cup of crushed ice
Method Chop the banana into four pieces then add to the blender. Then add the chocolate syrup, milk and crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Yup, that was my first thought.Originally Posted by Dianyla

I zipped through this thread so pardon me if I am repeating what someone else has already said!
My blender is used for Endurox 4 Recovery Drink- Vanilla- with milk and plain nonfat yogurt. Pour in milk, add yogurt, put in Endurox on top - blend for about 30 seconds.
You now have a yummy milkshake with all the stuff you need after a good ride!![]()
