    Bump

How's everyone doing on their goals? I'm a little bummed because the weather put all my plans out of whack but there is still time to accomplish all (except maybe the TT speed but we'll see). And I have done nothing about finding that 24-hr race.

I am making slow headway on my climbing goal of 143,405 with a pitiful 29,000 ft. Again, Mother Nature intervened. Oh well, I'm getting out there riding.

I really had fun this year with the total feet climbed, the Bay Area Trifecta and the TTs. . . . The Bay Area Trifecta may become an annual goal, especially since pizza seems to be at the end of the rides.

24 hours of Adrenalin next weekend in Monterey!! They also have 8 hour solo and 8-hour 2-man categories. Can you be ready by Saturday at 10:00 AM?

Well, as MP said, first attempt at goal #1 is this weekend. And, secondly, I don't have my team together. Might make it tough.

An 8-12 hr race would be perfect.

Do it solo! You're tough! 24-hour solo racers have something wrong in their brains!

Well, you'll get #1 out of your way this week...

    On mine:

I'm 1 of 5 doubles down. Basically I've got a double a month through September (except July, but that's Death Ride month). (Added that 600k, which wasn't a goal - can I make it a retrospective goal? )

508 is looking good - may team up with a woman who's done it solo.

My Death Ride team is doing so-so. Some have not been able to do some of the rides, but I think they will make it. Many of them are doing the 200k this weekend and that wil be a good marker.

And Em and I had a great bike ride Sunday - started out a bit sketchy, but ended up super positive.

Slow and steady progress toward those goals....!
