    Yeah me too.

My back feels much better, almost normal. Two years ago when I did the first half of the staff ride, my little two mile commute to work the Monday after exhausted me. Today I felt good. I know I am in the best shape I've ever been in - except for maybe when I was 19 and swimming in college.

I've never done Pilates. I think if I could just work swimming back into my life on a regular basis my back would be fine.

I think you lose resoution because you have to re-size to attach it. If you insert as in image (posting the URL), that isn't necessary.

V, I know how you feel. When I hurt my wrist a couple years ago I stopped my yoga practice. My core strength has really suffered. Maybe I should test out the wrist's flexibility again, soon, maybe, after the WCC, . . . .

Ok, SK I will go to photobucket!! And you should give yoga another try. Maybe there are poses that won't stress the wrist??

I can feel it almost immediately when I don't do core work - my back starts kiling me on climbs. This was especially true after my Nov. crash - but I seem to have re-habbed myself being more diligent. I have to force myself to do the core work, but it is the most valuable 1/2 hour a week for my back (about 15 minutes 2 x a week is all I can stand). My riding partner who does Pilates is amazing. Her upper body is almost motionless on the bike - she's like a dressage rider. All that moves are her legs.

Plank pose and push-ups during Sun Salutations. I couldn't bear my body weight on my left wrist. I know what you mean. I strive for an absolutely still upper body and hips.
