I love The New Rules of Lifting series. My favorite is the the one targeting the core, but all of them are good. I tend to lift from October to April.
I take a boot camp class 2x a week all year round. During cycling season, I often only ride and the class, but I am trying to trail run 2x a week, now. In the winter, I snow shoe, x country ski, do spin class.

I do yoga. It's been a huge help to me in understanding alignment, which is critical to avoiding injuries and being most efficient in any sport. Mat yoga doesn't work the upper back all that much, which we really need - aerial (aka kite or trapeze) yoga fills that gap for me, or TRX exercises are similar.
