Feels much better this morning, so I think the aggressive treatment yesterday helped. If I could only just sit on my azz all day, it would probably get better more quickly!
I am going out to a nicer restaurant tonight, so hopefully, I'll be able to wear the shoes I want to wear.
After riding this afternoon, it is supposed to be rainy through Tuesday, so not sure what kind of activity I'll be doing. I really want to get started with the trail running, as I had such a good time last Monday, but I really need to get some shoes for that. I've been trail running in my light hikers, which is OK, but necessitates wearing hiking socks, whcih are heavy. Anyway, I may head out on the trail tomorrow AM, before it rains, or just go on a small ride.
