I took one Intermediate Flow class (lasted about 4 hours) through Ride Like a Ninja with Richard La China. The class helped me greatly with learning how to pull in a rowing motion while going up hill and how to pick my lines a lot better. I am signed up for a one day downhill Intermediate clinic in October. I am really looking forward to that class because I know I go too slow downhill to be a really competent mountain biker. But, hey, I already greatly improved from before, so I hope to continue to get better and better. I do NOT bomb quickly downhill yet, but at least I am not going slower than molasses anymore.
Plus, for my 2014 Christmas and birthday present, I asked my husband for a "future raincheck" for a weekend mountain bike clinic vacation in 2015 for the two of us.
So, yes, I definitely think that bike clinic lessons are very helpful and would highly recommend them!
