I've met one member of this list, Ms. Snapdragen, and perhaps we'll meet Melissa at our training ride this Saturday (we'll be on the lookout for the maroon Bianchi!)

I'm getting to where a 40 mile ride is not particularly difficult for me.

I'm still slower than mo-lasses. But that's OK. Hubby says he sees a lot of improvement, but he still leaves me in the dust

I might try to do a 62 mi (100K) ride over President's Day weekend, on a nice flat bike path in Sacramento ... stay tuned. I reserve the right to wimp out if the weather doesn't cooperate or if the planets are not alligned properly.

And there's the Cinderella, which I'm really looking forward to - hope you No. Cal ladies all sent in your regs!

And for my stretch goal ... there's a century in Davis a week before my 45th birthday in October. Could happen.
