Tri Girl, what an awesome idea! Mentioned it to a few friends and we're thinking of copying it. It's so convenient that there are spray painted markings on one of our most commonly used 5k routes, and we've all run it so many times we know it well...

The technical term for this morning's weather is "icky" I think. Drizzle, barely too warm for snow. So it was my first treadmill run in months. 4 miles in 33 minutes, and I don't trust the data from the treadmill because it didn't feel anywhere near that fast.
