Our trail that we are hoping for ground breaking on, will be 0.6 miles initially but ultimately 5 miles. It will connect town to the lake--currently only accessible by 9 miles of highway. The lake already has a marina, a dining lodge, a beach, petroglyphs, and campgrounds. We consider this to have the potential for pretty big impact, but yours will have much greater impact and is 1/5 the length and probably doesn't have as many bridges as ours so it is a fraction of the cost.
So, well done!
