I have really dry skin in winter, in particular, as well. I have found several things that really, really help. This http://www.aveda.com/product/5214/16...ula/index.tmpl is a nice, fragrance-free product that you can either use in the bath or shower or right after. You don't need much - just a few drops each time you use it - so it lasts a long time.
I also love the salt/sugar scrubs that are in an oil, but instead of scrubbing myself with them, I just put a small amount in a bath and soak 1-2x week and that is a really great way to keep the dry skin away. You'll almost slip out of the tub when done.
And, as for the suggestion on the Clairsonic skin brush....I looked and looked and looked at them and balked at the price. I really wanted one, though, and one day at Target, I realized Olay makes a very similar brush for a fraction of the price. I got it and have been very happy with it (especially with spending about $30 instead of $165).
