Does your wrist still hurt? I knew what I did to my wrist but 2 cortisone shots didn't relieve the pain. Also rode and worked with a brace. After a year or so of pain I saw a hand specialist who said that I probably tore the ligaments but they are so tiny it's hard to get them to heal. Solution was surgery to clean up scar tissue. Recovery was pretty quick and no more pain.
