    159 this week

I'm hoping one of these days I'll actually break the elusive 155 barrier I can't seem to conquer.

Don't you hate that elusive barrier? Mine is 130, though at one time I had 150 as that same elusive barrier. We will both get there!

Today: 133, which is my lowest in a long time.
Goal: 130 to be realistic. 127 to be optimistic.

OK, so while I said I wasn't going to weigh myself until later in the month because I'm not supposed to...I had no choice but to be weighed at the hospital yesterday morning before surgery and of course, I saw the number. It was in kilograms which didn't mean much to me at the time but once I got home, I couldn't help but to convert it.

So yesterday morning I was back down to 151.

146.6. Took my bodyfat measurement this morning which was also a horrible awakening.

Starting the Lean Eating program on Monday. Hopefully it will help me get into a better rhythm.
