    Even though I do have a small visor on my helmet, wear sunblock and sunglasses, I've gotten to a point there's not much more I can do for face sun protection.

    I mean I am out daily and live a sunnier part of Canada (even in very cold winter).

    At safety equipment stores you can buy brims for hard hats which should fit a cycle helmet. (stiffened fabric ring with a stretchy cuff in the middle).

    A friend of mine who cycled heaps (and a former postie) wore one on his helmet.

    Along these same lines, there is an equestrian version that fits around riding helmets.
