I always have a bedtime snack! My doc recommended something with a bit of protein to help me sleep through the night. It has helped
B: Eggs and Toast, coffee
S: Oatmeal
L: Ultrameal Shake and a salad
S: Carrot and Kale Salad with Sunflower Seeds, handful of nuts
D: Veggie Shepherd's Pie and a Salad
S: Green Smoothie and an egg




My goal is to get at least 400 calories at my three meals and make up the difference with snacks...
