B: 2.5 egg omelette with low fat Colby cheese and sun dried tomatoes, 2 slices turkey bacon, blueberries, coffee
L: Soy nut butter on Ezekial bread sandwich, apple
19.5 mile ride
S: a couple of ww pita rounds, nuts cranberries. I was starving.
D: out for dinner (again) with DS and DIL. Had half of 5 mini tamales, stuffed with veggies, and Tinga Poblana, which was a small amount of shredded chicken in a spicy/tangy sauce, refried black beans, and about 1/4 of the rice on my plate.
We won't talk about the sangria.
I weighed more this morning than I have in 6 weeks.
