Better to wear them under, I think. The gripper elastic will grip the skin of your legs much better than the lycra (slippery) of your shorts, so they'll stay up better.

I know what you're saying, Bouncy, about how high they go up.......... Oh well, makes it easier to keep them up that way.

Go ahead and wear them under your baggies.......... better to be warm and slightly dorky-looking than cold and stylish, so I think.
