I am back--guess what everyone-- i had the chicken pox!!! Yes, i had them when i was younger too and nope--it wasn't shingles...it was actually the chicken pox again.
anyway, i'm back now!!
AM Workout: 1 hour of BODYpump class
Breakfast: 1/2 cup of almond/cashew mix with coffee and bottle of water
Lunch: PB&J (whole wheat, sugar free jelly, natural PB, with naner slices) and a sliced apple
Snack: Orange
Dinner: Hubby beat me home after our hair appointment date (yes we do that), and he surprised me with a steak dinner, THE BEST MUSHROOMS EVERRRR, sweet potato, and vegetables...ah lucky girl..
Snack: Mango
