I don't have fine hair, it's course and curly, but my usual baking soda followed by vinegar gets the chlorine out without making my hair frizzy the way shampoo & conditioner does.

I used to use Ultra-Swim. Got rid of the chlorine smell too.
Too bad they don't make eye drops.Each day is a gift, that's why it is called the present.
