    Dear stomach,

I miss those days when you were satisfied with one breakfast per day and a morning snack. I don't like these hunger pangs every two hours I don't feed you. I know I'm working you harder than ever, but it's a rest day... take a rest too!

    Dear Ovarian Cyst--

You suck. Rupturing this morning is totally screwing with my training schedule today. I'll feel too sick and too nauseated to do anything.

((((Limewave)))). Gosh, I sure hope you feel better soon. Are there any serious complications that can arise from a ruptured ovarian cyst?

I've got one that the doc is "watching". I have a feeling my next check up it will be removed. I have no idea what that entails.

My doc said that they don't remove the cysts, they wait for them to dissipate or rupture. I get them about every 6 months and they always rupture on me--because of the physical activities I do (running, mountain biking). In rare cases there can be serious issues, but 99.9% of the time the only side effect is extreme side pain followed by nausea and cramping for anywhere from 24-48 hours.

Snapdragon, I'd be curious to find out if your doc does remove yours. If you don't mind sharing and you do have it removed, I'd like to find out what is involved as well.

She said she'd only remove it if it continued to grow. I've had two ultrasounds, second one showed it was growing.

Dear me: Get on the spin bike right now, missy. When are mid-climb next week, you'll thank me.

    Dear guy from another forum,

Why is it when you decided to get mad at me, you automatically go for degradation. You could simply stop talking to me, or tell me you didn't like something I said, but no, you have to get personal, following me around the forum from thread to thread calling me the "c" word.

Luckily for me, I can simply stop interacting with you, such is the joy of the internet. But I feel very sorry for women in your real life.

    Signed,

    You don't matter silly man
