Dear fellow committee member (aka Mr. Windbag),

I'm tired of your tendency to over-promise and under-deliver, not to mention your obstructive attitude towards the goals of this committee.

If you truly don't have the time, please don't volunteer it. You are taking up valuable, needed space. It's time to let someone else step up.

Thank you for all the favors that you have offered but have failed to bring to fruition.
