B: Irish oatmeal with blueberries, chicken breast broiled with tomatoes and cheese, coffee
L: left over minestrone with turkey meatballs, apple
S: nuts and cranberries
D: flank steak with carmelized onions and mushrooms, red leaf lettuce and hearts of palm, oil and vinegar, pineapple chunks
S: I gave into my cravings and had a whole wheat bagel, toasted.

Also, if I don't puree the black beans, then I can use them for other things if I wish. That being said, this time I did put a couple of cups of beans in the blender and added them back to the soup. I don't normally do that but I felt like it.
