But isn't Madonna going to be the half-time entertainment? ;-)

I'm with you, by the way. And Crankin has the right idea on how best to spend a winter afternoon!

I'd rather the Superbowl than the on-going political primary nonsense. At least the Superbowl has good commercials.

    Dear Dad,

It's been one year since you died. We're doing OK, you made sure Mom would be alright. I'm taking care of her, like I promised I would. I miss you.

Oh, I'm sick of the primaries, too. The Superbowl never bothered me until now. It's a totally different experience if you live in or near a host city. We have heard nothing but the Superbowl for well over a year and all if downtown has been under construction or repair.

((((Snap)))). Hugs to you and your mom.
Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.

True. My hometown keeps talking about hosting something. That is laughable, since it barely has traffic under control. That, and that whole "Let's cut off the riverfront with a highway!" thing. (Of course, since the riverfront has effectively been cut off in one way or another since the 1930s...)

(((Snap))) - Sounds like you are doing well, but you will always miss your Dad. Thinking of you and your Mom.

    Dear Dr. S--
Your slides...they make no sense to me. It didn't help that Dr. L has no clue how to use a computer and therefore they didn't get put online, but seriously? There doesn't appear to be any logical organization.
