Words cannot express how luxurious this coat feels. I don't think the picture does it justice. It is somehow classy and sporty at the same time. I feel like I could wear it on date-night or around the campfire. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. It is the nicest coat I have ever owned.

    I'm a coat 'ho too.

    Dear Limewave

Thanks for the link! Fortunately here in Seattle, we don't need anything that warm.

I picked it up at TJ Maxx for much, much, much cheaper. But still expensive when you have a budget of $0

I have coats for every 2 degree temperature change.

That's a nice looking coat! I'm glad you got something so nice for yourself and it will last for several seasons.

I am very sad, but very glad that he only had about one week of not really being well enough to get up out of bed and communicate very well. He passed in his sleep and he is blessed that he did not have to suffer very long.

He was a loving and caring Dad and when I was a kid, he was always the one who supported me in all my sporting endeavors. I will miss you, Dad.
    My condolences, spokewench.

My sympathies, Spokewrench. I know you will miss your dad immensely, but you are very fortunate that you had him for so long. I lost my dad at age 71, and I fully expected him to be around for another 10, if not 20, years. What I would have given for a few more years of him...you were very blessed. And he went the best way possible. Still, it's never easy to say goodbye.

As sad as it is to lose a loved one, it sounds like you and he had a great relationship and that he had a long and happy life.

Lots of that going on around here, the long and happy life part. Well done.

Spokewrench, he sounds like a wonderful guy. I'm glad you had him.

    Dear Brother:
First, you had to get your disablity check, Then you had to get a money order, Then you had to buy a stamp. Now, you can't get to the post office because you wrecked your car. So Mother is sitting around with no money. Boo-hoo. Thankfully, she doesn't need much now, as everything is paid for at the community.
And I know you're mad because I didn't let you have her car.(see car wreck). And i took away your Sunday meals (Yes, I know about you looking under her bed for the food she stashed from you while she was in the restroom). And I could give her some mone, but I'm still paying The relo my new employer gave me. And the Community fee for mom? Well, guess whos paying that? and her beauty fees.
    Sincerely,
    You soon to ex-sister
