    Dear Tucker:

Could you please inform my cats of the joys of actually sleeping with/on people? As opposed to destroying the house, running *all the time* and otherwise being bad kitties. Even the vet was shocked at how mischievous they could be at a visit.

    Thanks!

A cat mommy who wishes for sleepy kitties!

Tucker "knows" the alarm goes off at 3:30 AM. It's funny how many mornings I get awakened at 3:15. And I am not allowed to ever sleep in.

Cassie on the other hand is content to just hang out on the bed until we get up. But you'll never find her asleep in a lap.

Mine wake up from the alarm - but I always hit snooze. So they will come up and pat my face after it rings the first time.

The funny thing here is on days when I sleep in. My "outside" (read: feral) cats expect breakfast too. If I'm not up by around 7:30, one of them climbs up on my downstairs roof to peek in my bedroom window looking for me. It usually wakes me up because the indoor cats will cause a commotion, pawing and meowing at the window.

A good book, a sunny day and a dog snoring in your lap.
