I am very unhappy recently because I lost a lot of powerMy trainer said it's temporary and I have to wait until my body adapts to the new weight and I will gain strength again.
Also now I am careful of what I eat because I don't want yo yo which is another obstacle for my quick recovery. I take BCAA but maybe it's not enough.
