    Dear Slinky Top,
You are so shiny and shimmery. You cling in all the right places and drape in the others. And you go oh so low in the back and plunge in the front leaving DH to wonder what, if anything, I could possibly be wearing underneath. You make me feel sophisticated, sexy, and confident. Bring on the holiday parties!

    Dear Back,
Thank you for not having any pimples right now.

    Dear Limewave,
See, I told you doing Plank and Sideplank everyday would eventually pay off. No "back fat" for the first time in your life! Woooooo!

My rides are set up for tomorrow, I have some fresh books from the library and some new tea to drink. I am ready to pamper myself with some good reading and tea after the injections tomorrow. I've been told I can't drive for pretty much the rest of the day so I am going to take advantage of that...hopefully will feel like it

It WOULD be nice to finally sleep all night though, haven't done that since the fall. I suppose that it would be too much to expect to do so tomorrow night...

Psst. What kind of tea did you get?

    Dear FedEx, and nameless company--
    ARGH. This is ridiculous.
At least I don't leave slime trails.

Good Luck! Honestly, if my friends/coworkers are any indication, you will find the procedure far less traumatic than you fear. They make it seem rather benign and certainly far easier than chronic pain.
Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.

Catrin - I hope your injection was not too painful and that it (or the series) will bring you relief. Enjoy your books and your tea.
