    (((((Catrin & mom)))))

My dad is back in the hospital after four days home from the SNF. This is all triggering me so bad I can barely get off the couch.

Dear self: Do one thing. It doesn't matter what. Just do one thing. You can take a break after (but then do one other thing).

    Dear Neck,

Please calm down. I know you don't like me to sit for long periods, the doctor explained that sitting still is rather hard on the neck (who knew?). However, I need to pay the bills, part of which you are responsible for, and that requires me to spend my working day in front of a computer. I also can't get drowsy, so that limits the muscle relaxers I can take. So cut out the muscle spasms already.
    Thank you!

((((Oak and Catrin)))). I'm so sorry for all the things you (and others on TE) are going through right now.

Dear guy idling his truck outside my office:

That truck is really obnoxiously loud. And I'm sure you know that, since you're sitting in it. You're also wasting gas.

Maybe you should think about someone besides yourself and turn the stinkin truck off, since you've sitting idling for at least 10-15 minutes? I doubt the restaurant patrons (who are closer than I am) are enjoying listening to it either.

    Sincerely,
Back in the office and cranky.

Combo of both? The holidays can/are difficult. Add to it the illness of a loved one, it at least triples in difficulty.

It was a year ago my dad started to get sick. I'm having a difficult time getting out of bed, mornings are the hardest.

((((Snap)))). I thought of this the other day and wondered how you were doing with the holidays. I'm so sorry.

I think it is tough times, I have more friends and family with terrible health problems than I think I've ever seen at the same time... It may just seem that way...
