I'm selling my tri bike. It just was not for me and hopefully l can find him a good home! This bike has about 225 miles on it only...so it's practically brand spankin' new! The hubs have been disassembled and re-greased and now everything works beautifully.
2010 Carbon Frame Size: XS (48cm)
Ultegra/105 mix compact double drive train
Quintana Roo wheels (handbuilt Alex wheels): 650c
Continental Ultra Sport tires
FSA Omega cranks: 165mm
Original saddle, two bottle holders included (one shown, one that attaches to QR saddle), no pedals. (I'm willing to include the pedals for $50 if you want them)
$1200 plus shipping. This is a really good looking bike with a black/white/bare carbon paint job on the frame.

I know! She is still parked against that wall in our hallway and every time I walk by her, I feel guilty for selling her. But a bike this pretty deserves to be ridden and LOVED and I just am not feeling the love.
Plus I've now got a Powertap wheel being built that I'll need to pay for, so there is no going back now!![]()
I understand. I will try to find a good home for her.

Dang. Too bad it's too small. I could just come pick it up!
LOL, Ellen! I could just ride it to your house and walk back (almost)!
Since I cannot edit my original post, I'll have to post this here:
I was misled - upon further research I have determined that this bike is actually a 2009.
How tall are you?
Veronica
5'4" but I have short legs and a long torso. I could have fit on the frame of a small, but the QR smalls have 700c wheels and because of that, I could not clear the top tube!
Oh, and price drop to $1050 plus shipping.![]()

Bummer - I think I'm probably a small then. My Cervelo is a 50, so a 48 since a bit of a stretch. It's too bad you couldn't get her to work for you.
Veronica
Yeah, I'd bet that you are a small, too. My road bike is also a 48, so I'm probably just a tad shorter in most dimensions than you.
I wish it would have worked, too. Honestly, the biggest problem was the TT position. I could hold it comfortably (except for crotch issues, but I expect that over time, I'd get those worked out with the right saddle), but I never enjoyed it. I don't like riding that aero - I didn't find it fun. I would much rather spend a ride in the drops on my road bike than on aerobars on this bike. I know that makes me weird, but whatever. If I were ever to consider longer distance triathlons, I'd probably try again (with a different brand, perhaps) but for now, my road bike makes me happier.

I've done all of my HIM on my road bike. My only issue with it has been that my legs are so dead on the run after 56 miles. I wonder if the TT position would make that less of an issue.
Plus I just need to get more bike time this year.
Veronica
Hi there,
I am just getting started in triathlons. So this bike is much more than i need. My sister is training for her 1st ironman and has gotten me interested. I live in LA. I travel to OR for work on a regular basis.
I am 5'2" so I think this is the right size for me. I figure if I buy it, the inspiration will come. I am training for an Olympic distance now. I am not a true road rider. So that is why I am interested in tri specific bikes. Again, more bike than I need but I am feeling the bug already.

If you throw in the pedals, I will consider $1050 total.
My name is Sally. I look forward to your response! Thanks!
Happy New Year!
Hope you can find a good home for it...I've been drooling on it...it's MY SIZE! But alas...$$.
