My pre-ride breakfast is a waffle pizza. Whole grain waffle with peanut butter (super crunchy) and a banana sliced on top. Yum

Non ride days - yogurt with some granola in it, and a couple of Morningstar Farms sausages. (No, not a vegetarian, just can't handle regular sausage, bacon either)
