If you wanted to do a Secret Santa thing, Elfster works pretty well for that. I'm on a running message board that has done this in the private women-only section for about 4-5 years, now.

I've PUI'ed (posting under the influence) a few times, too. It's fun to get a thread going with friends from all over.

I thought maybe the secret santa thingy might be too much this time of year we could hold off and do it in the spring?

we used to do the Secret Sister thing here a few years back. I loved it! I got gifts from around the world and it was so much fun. I would love to do it again- even if in the spring!

We could pick a time for a beer and then whatever time zone you are in you can have the beer at that time and post your picture. A roving party around the world.

I like the secret sister idea for spring.

I like the idea . . . but then I'll be exposed for the light-weight I am. There may be some seriously strange drunk-posting from my hub. That or I'll fall asleep halfway thru my beer
