Yesterday I organized a cupcake ride with a few friends (we rode to two cupcake places) and today I did a Cranksgiving Day ride (a ride to 7 different grocery stores to buy food for our local Food Bank). We got a card at each stop and the best hand at the end wins. I also won a door prize: a new set of Vittoria tires. Woot! Not many miles this weekend (only 20), but they were FUN miles. I'll take that over just boring old miles any day.

25 windy miles. I did pretty well on the speed too, considering. I spent the ride in a much higher gear than normal so that I'd actually feel stable. My knee is not very happy with me right now.
At least I don't leave slime trails.

I love it!!! I am passing this idea of the Cranksgiving Day ride on for sure.

I took the boot cast off on Friday, Rode, very slowly, no bike shoes on Saturday about 7 miles. road Sunday, slightly faster, no bike shoes and incorporated a dirt trail (love my 650 B tires) for about ten miles. WAS WONDERFUL I can feel it in my behind today I plan to get out and enjoy some more sunshine today, even if it is only going to UPS

Did a short ride yesterday wanted to do 15miles but I took a friend with me and she couldn't take the winds. So we headed back after a few miles...we completed about 5-6 miles.
