I'm glad the woman retrieved her bike from the thief...however, in the article it does state that the bike was UNLOCKED.Why would anyone leave a bike unlocked in front of a bar (or anyplace for that matter)??? Geez, around here...I'd be surprised if an unlocked bike wasn't stolen.
