Nice bike. I'm curious, so did the original shop let you return the incorrectly sized bike and order you a smaller one? Or did you have to keep the bike (2 years old) and just get a smaller one? I'm confused. If they let you return a bike after 2 years I'm impressed.

Glad you got it all worked out though.

The original shop gave me a bit of an issue because I wanted a smaller bike, and they were a little upset that I didn't believe in their fitter's recommendations ("He's a racer for many years.", "He's one of the top fitters in the US.", "If he believes that you should be on a 48 then you *should* be on a 48", etc etc.) I just didn't like that kind of attitude. So I really didn't want to deal with them.

I *thought* I had to return the old frame because the new frame is really a "warranty" type of deal through Jamis. But I didn't. I still have my old frame and I can sell it.

Hope that clarifies things up a little. :-)

    Thanks everyone! :-)
