This another mountain bike video we did long time ago. My girlfriend was leading the charge.

That's some nice singletrack you've got there! It reminds me of our Salmon Falls trail here in NorCal. Back in the good old days when I had a properly fitting mtb I used to ride that trail often.

I really should get another mtb, especially now that I've got a decent helmet camera.

Nice, as a roadie, I enjoyed and envied the long road descent of the other video.

I enjoyed this descent down Monitor Pass too. Turn up the sound and you will hear how much I enjoyed it.

Wow! Beautiful roads and sights. I want to take my bike there! It's interesting that your Garmin goes crazy: I saw the speed go over 50 mph, but you wrote down your top speed as 43.8?

Thank you. I noticed the same thing with the Garmin. I don't understand why it happened in a wide open area with no trees to interfere with the satellite signal. Normally I get that when I ride through heavily forested areas. On my "Slug Gulch Road climb 9-11-11" video, the speed reading dropped down to 0 as I accelerated into a switchback.

I love the reactions I get when I ride an adult trike at a good clip! Here's a pedestrian at a bus stop cheering me on as I approach: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SqcUIvuy3KA

OK, I think I found out why my Garmin went nuts on August 6 when I did the Monitor Pass descent.

We're having a bit of an Indian Summer here in the UK . The light was lovely a couple of nights ago on the Promenade. I loved how big my wheels looked in the shadow.
