Need spinning shoes recommendations

I think they are especially good in spinning since you are indoors and nothing is going to hit your toes no matter how exposed they are. I personally hate it when my toes get all hot and sweaty..
At least in Finland these are even cheaper than the "normal" ones.

Typically mountain bike shoes or spin shoes are best. Needs to be something that works with a SPD cleat. Best thing is to watch for sales at the LBS and buy a decent pair on sale. Doesn't have to be the most expensive shoes. I bought a pair some time ago (since retired) of Specialized shoes that were regularly $90, on sale for $37. Good deal. Were confortable and did well in calss. SPD cleats are cheap. Usually $15 - 20 dollar for a pair. I always have extras with me (and a allen wrench) just in case. I've lost cleats in poorly maintained/set pedals). Road shoes zre generally not good as the cleat is exposed making it difficult to walk across most floor surfaces (carpet is OK) plus the cleat will cause damage tot he floor.

I had my road shoes changed to SPDs for the winter, soon to be going back.

We have clips on one side and spds on the other side of the pedal in my gym.

Basically I would say choosing which one is best for you depends on how much money you want to spend and where you will wear the shoes (for example if you want shoes that you can wear around the gym, etc. and not JUST while spinning).
