It was about 45 degrees with 15 mph winds when I headed out this morning for my ride. Rode 43 miles and finished about 20 oz. of Nuun. That was not quite enough. Had it been in the 80s, which it was until about 2 days ago, I would have normally finished about 60 ozs. of fluids on the ride.
