Yes, I do have a small stack of CD's to drown you out, but that's not the point. Your "private" conversations aren't so private.

I shared an office once with three other people. And I mean share; no cubes or walls. One of my coworkers talked to her husband repeatedly every day. Every conversation ended with something like this:
I love you.....no, I love you more.....no, I love you even more, etc., etc.
OMG; it was excruciating.
Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.
