    granola bar
    leftover bowl of beef vege soup
    eggplant and zucchini sauteed layered with a tomato sauce cooked with turkey sausage, layered with mozzarella cheese, parsley and basil baked served with brown rice, 1 glass white wine

    Yea, well, I wasn't from out of state then, just from Tempe. My DH was bragging how he learned to drive in the snow in PA, but I am pretty sure he had snow tires or chains there! And the way AZ handles snow is different than in the east; here the roads are plowed and down to the black top in minutes (hours). It seems like in AZ they minimally plow the main roads and just close the other ones! I am sure that may have changed since the last time I was in in Flagstaff, in a blizzard in Feb. 1990.

    B: western omelette with 2 pieces raisin toast, coffee

    L: brown rice and black beans

    S: 3 pieces of Machengo cheese, handful of ww pita chips

    B: bran cereal with strawberries/scrambled egg whites with one whole egg, skim milk, coffee

    S: apple

    L: roasted skinless chicken thigh/green lettuce salad/banana

    S: strawberries with Greek non-fat yogurt

    D:roasted chicken breast wrap with assorted veggies, 1 slice pepper-jack cheese, mustard.

    40 minute personal training session (and he kicked my butt!)

    S: apple, no-fat cottage cheese

    yesterday:

    oatmeal with blueberries and flax seeds
    1/2 a roll with cream cheese
    curried rice pilaf with walnuts
    a peach
    1/2 a dried fruit bar
    2 bowls of corn chowder and a few slices of bread
    Greek yogurt
    cherries
    another peach
    more bread

    the last 3 things eaten too late, and I had a tummy ache in the middle of the night.

    1/2 chicken breast, salad, rice, cobbler, and 3 glasses of wine I went to a friend's house for dinner and we got a little carried away with the drinking! IT was fun though, played croquet. Boy, do I stink!

    Nope, haven't changed a bit - they do not plow well.
