Biggest pet peeve

OR people who have stopped for the red light, are going to turn right, but don't do it on a red light. They wait for the light to turn green! Like...it's alright to turn right on a red light as long as there are no cars coming, no pedestrians in the crosswalk, etc.

actually, this is getting to be a pet peeve in that drivers are always in SO MUCH hurry that they don't look for pedestrians and almost mow them down. I'd rather that they make it so you CAN'T turn right on a red, because it's quite dangerous, especially in cities where there are usually pedestrians. Do a couple of seconds out of their lives really mean that much?

It's also illegal in a lot of places, so it could be those drivers are from places where turning right on a red isn't allowed.
