Cornflakes with skim milk, blueberries and raspberries
at my desk at work:
yogurt
fresh cherries
coffee
oatmeal-apple muffin

Another coffee with skim milk. I didn't have lunch though I went walking among Stampede crowds. lotsa folks with cowboy hats.

Dinner will be
noodles with a stir fry
cherries, a plum
tea
No beer, wine......... I only have wine several times per yr. I get drunk on very little wine.
