I think it's the air quality I'm struggling with more than the heat (which is bad enough when you're not acclimated to it, which none of us here are - it's been three days of 90° and three days of 70° since June). Heat = ozone = shortness of breath.

For me, that's just too hot to ride in. We hit 100 over the weekend and it was oppresive. I got up early and rode in the early morning and was off the bike before it got real bad. I live on a lake it it was too hot to even go out and swim. I either ride early or late on days like that. I just can't take the heat and humidity. Some people are not bothered by it, like my sister, she enjoys the heat. We're all different.

Notice that I'm not the one complaining. Lived in hot country. I rather enjoy the fact that I was able to sit out at noon and not break a sweat. (but I'd like to be a little warmer)
