What??? You've never experienced the joy of Girl Scout cookies??? Girl, you MUST PM me your address and I will send you the only cookies worth eating. A box of Thin Mints and a box of Samoas are on their way as soon as you do! This draught in your life must end!

I ate almost a whole box of the lemon cookies before lunch. I figured out it was about 10 minutes of cycling 14-16 mph per serving!

Oh my gosh! Tim tam's are the best!!!! Better then girl scout cookies. I have traveled a lot down under for work. I always bring back at least 6 packs of Tim tam's and then eat them slowly. I have not had any in about two years! I miss them! The double chocolate one;s are my fav. I like to bite off each end and suck coffe through them and pop it in my mouth. Ohhhh I am so hungry now!

Ok now I am super hungry for a good biscuit. A friend of mine back home sends me Tim Tams and they barely make it to the cupboard before I have inhaled half a pack.

Pedal Wench that is so sweet but Im probably better off not knowing what I am missing. Im pretty good at avoiding temptations with most foods but biscuits are my weekness. I have a cup of tea and bingo half the biscuit jar is empty My poor husband rarely gets a bicky with his cuppa.

Ummm...no offense, Ozzies, but those Girl Guide biscuits look a bit dull.

Thin Mints are fabulous thin chocolate mint cookies covered in chocolate, and best straight from the freezer. Oooh, I just remembered that my other favorites are Savannahs, the peanut butter ones. Did they get renamed to Tagalongs? That sounds oddly like the Philipino language. Now we're in trouble with the Samoans, too!

I think different Councils use different bakeries and so you can get certain cookies only in specific areas of the country. There's another peanut butter cookie called Do-Si-Dos here in Chicago that are a pb sandwich cookie. Maybe that's like the ones you remember? The tagalongs are pb with a chocolate coating. I'd say the peanut butter makes either one a perfect energy bar for rides (as long as you don't mind licking the chocolate off your fingers!). Can you tell I'm a GS leader?

P.S. SF Bay Area folks can order their GS cookies on-line and the girls will deliver them right to your home!
