Bliss is AWFUL, it really does cause the girly bits to tingle and worse. I've been told the men's version is stronger

I use either Chamois Butt'r or TBS (That Butt Stuff). Both are fine - I have a slight preference for TBS but I have to order it online, the other I can pick up ta my LBS which makes it much easier.

I quit using Chamois Butt'r because of the scary chemicals, but I found Beljum Budder irritating - especially when it would work its way inside after a long ride.

I looooove shea butter. It only takes a little, lubricates spectacularly well, doesn't mat the hair like petroleum products will, and lasts a long time, even in the wet - mostly washes out of my shorts and the residue doesn't cause a problem, doesn't stain, non-irritating, one natural ingredient.

Some people use pure coconut oil. The melting point of that is too low for my preferences (especially when it comes to trying to carry a backup supply in a pocket), but YMMV.

Mission Anti-Friction Cream for me. No tingling, no parabens or preservatives, and very long-lasting.

I used to use Bag Balm but stopped because of the petroleum issue. I now use That Butt Stuff and like it. I have very sensitive skin.

    Endur-It Chamois Cream

I really recomend Endur-It chamois cream. All the girls on our group use it. I use it on races, long rides and never ride without it. I've tried maybe not all but most of the other chamois creams and Endur-It just worked the best and lasted the longest, this cream is the real deal. Since I started using it I've had no more issues, and as others said has Shea Butter.

Ps. You can purchase it from Amazon.com
