    Gee, let's see if I can remember it all - had a long ride (for me) so ate a LOT!

    B - cereal with fruit, protein powder, walnuts, almond milk; 2 c. coffee

    46 mile bike ride.
    Snacks on ride - homemade oatmeal/raisin bar, Pepperidge farm gold fish, scoop of coffee ice cream w/cone at an ice cream parlor

    Late lunch - salmon wrap w/lettuce, limeade, lite beer (rehydrating!)

    S - carrot/celery/spinach/oj blender drink

    D - kale enchiladas, black beans w/sour cream, pile of lettuce w/salsa, chips, 1 (strong) margarita

    I have tried mixing protein powder in milk for my cereal, but can't abide the taste - how do you manage it? What brand do you use?

    I use 1 scoop of Trader Joe's Vanilla soy protein powder onto my cereal before I put my (vanilla almond) milk on. Curious what others do - the little bit of powder doesn't bother me at all.

    B: one blueberry pancake and a slice of ham, coffee
    L: veggie burger (plain, no roll), cole slaw, Israeli cous cous with cranberries/nuts
    D: 2 homemade chili rellenos. quite a labor intensive process, but they were good and since the recipe was from Cooking Light, not deep fried with a side of black beans, one beer

    1 glass of wine watching motorcycle racing
    1 large salad, lettuce, tomato, red bell pepper, tomato, roasted beets, blue cheese crumbles and italian dressing, 1/2 grilled chicken breast, 1 glass red wine
    1 drumstick ice cream treat

    Mine barely tastes, and the taste it does have is not unpleasant at all, very bland. Gets lost in the much more flavorful almond milk I use. It's a vanilla whey powder, no sweeteners. I buy it from trueprotein.com. You can make up a custom blend, add various things, whatever. I've been very happy with their service and product.

    corn flakes, 1% milk, strawberries and 1/2 banana, coffee
    chicken, brown rice, lettuce, tomato wrap on ww tortilla
    2 pieces of pizza with mushrooms, onions, low salt ham, roasted red peppers, 2 glasses of red wine, 1 while cooking, 1 while eating!

    non fat Greek yogurt with cranberries, blueberries, and walnuts, an orange, coffee
    salad with chicken, avocado, left over salsa, low fat jack cheese and a cup of butternut squash soup
    coffee with a friend, a handful of whole wheat pita chips
    very thin pork chops (2) sauteed in a sauce with thyme, butter, shallots, chicken broth, whole wheat cous cous, a salad with goat cheese and cranberries, 2 squares dark chocolate
    piece of whole wheat bread with cojita cheese
