the more I ride, the more I eat
yesterday:
3 slices challah french toast, blueberries/banana, one slice of low salt ham, coffee
half a Luna Bar and some nuts and cranberries during a 23 mile ride I was sweeping. It involved me staying behind people that were too slow for the group they were in, finally convincing them to wait for the slower group, and then me sprinting like crazy to catch up with DH and the rest of the group.
half a turkey sandwich on whole wheat with provolone and tomato, cup of Italian wedding soup, and a side of Israeli cous cous
dinner at my 40th HS reunion (of the school I didn't get to graduate from when I moved) glass of red wine, salmon, asparagus, whipped sweet potato, one roll, and a small fruit tart.
