Is the swelling hot, red and sore? If so it's chafing. Chamois cream on that area will help prevent it and aloe vera cream or diaper rash cream can help heal it.
It seems to be more like bruising from carrying all of my weight on my inner thigh/crotch bone. The swelling isn't red or hot, just so so so tender. I do use bike shorts, and Glide....

If the SI Diva doesn't work out -- in addition to the Specialized saddles, some other t-shaped saddles are the Selle San Marco Aspide Glamour, which is very firm (not padded at all), and the Bontrager Affinity WSD. The widest Affinity is almost exactly the same size/shape as the Aspide Glamour, but it is available in 3 different levels of padding, with the RXL being firmest and the R being most padded.

    Good luck!

    - Gray 2010 carbon WSD road bike, Rivet Independence saddle
    - Red hardtail 26" aluminum mountain bike, Bontrager Evoke WSD saddle
    - Royal blue 2018 aluminum gravel bike, Rivet Pearl saddle

    Gone but not forgotten:
    - Silver 2003 aluminum road bike
    - Two awesome worn out Juliana saddles
