    dinner at Indian restaurant: cup of lentil soup, half an order of chick peas in a red sauce, too many slices of naan

    I have a lot of partying/restaurant eating coming up, related to graduation, then 5 days in San Diego

    Egg, ham and cheese sammy, oj, coffee
    snack: bowl of rice chex, 1% milk
    Lunch _ I was playing tennis on my league team so we had snackies in between the 2 matches. 5 baby carrots, 1/4 wrap sandwich turkey, 2 handfuls of pecans, 1 small chocolate cupcake
    Snack: 1 margarita with the tennis girls
    Dinner: 2 pieces pizza sausage and mushroom, nice salad with blue cheese crumbles and vinaigrette, 1 glass red wine

    I started today with a roasted chicken breast, low fat cheese and homemade whole seat English muffin. I've had two small apples since then.'

    I am on a layover in Houston and will be in Reno until late Thursday night. I hope to not do TOO much damage with hotel/convention food and will take advantage of the fitness center. Hopefully the act of reporting it here will help me to not give in too much...
