    I had an awesome training weekend

    Yesterday I did 4 hours of riding, followed by a 1.5 mile brick run. Then today I did 30 minutes of open water swimming and a 7 mile run.

    The biking yesterday really beat me down, but the running today felt SO great!
    I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...

    Now that the marathon is over I am starting to bring my swim and bike volume back up (we had tapered both down a bit in the weeks leading up to the race).

    This weekend Sat was 2000yds in the pool and 25 on the bike.
    Sunday was a 7.6 mile run then 16 mile recovery ride.

    I think I took it a little too hard on the run and re-aggrevated my left glut/ham which has been bothering me for about 4 weeks (2 weeks before the marathon), I thought it was almost better, but guess I was wrong.

    Good thing first tri isn't until June 19th.
